Safe Water Accelerator Uganda Application Form

This is the application form for the Safe Water Accelerator Uganda. Interested companies from Uganda that contribute to extending acess to safe water can apply if they meet the programme’s eligibility criteria. At the end of this form you need to upload the following documents (ideally all of them):

• An (ideally audited) financial statement of your last financial year (file size: max. 10MB)
• An investor pitch deck, a business plan or another type of presentation to communicate the most important aspects of your business to third parties (file size: max. 10MB)
• An organisation chart, organigram or equivalent document illustrating the internal organizational structure of your organisation (file size: max. 10MB)

As the form does not save unsubmitted answers, if you prefer you can download the questions in Word format HERE to facilitate your application preparation. However notice that applications are only accepted through the online form, not by email.
